Bri, Steve, and Mary, were all experiencing different life challenges. The one thing they had in common was that they were at a breaking poing-in their own type of fight for survival. This powerful documentary takes you into the lives of three individuals facing unthinkable challenges. Bri, a once-promising student, watches her future slip away as an illness ravages her body. Years of failed treatments and relentless pain leave her considering assisted suicide.

Steve, a hardworking man, finds his life shattered after a workplace accident leaves him hooked on opioids. With no way forward, he turns to overdose as his escape.

Mary, a mother of five, ends up with a spinal injury from a car accident that steals her ability to care for her children—until a vivid dream changes everything.

Just when all hope seems lost, their paths cross with Mario Murillo, a traveling preacher whose old-school-style tent revival happens to be in town. I've never been to a tent revival but I remember seeing an Elvis documentary years ago, where he would sneak in to hear the singing. That has been my only experience in hearing about tent revivals, though I have also heard there are scams/quacks running them sometimes. I believe that is true... but just like the movie said, you don't stop spending money because some of it is counterfit. You just have to figure out what is real and what is not, and I 100% do believe in God providing miracles.

I Am Living Proof isn’t just a documentary of people sharing their real-life experiences—it’s a raw and deeply personal journey of transformation, faith, and healing. These aren’t just stories; they’re living proof that even in our darkest moments, hope can break through.

In the summer of 2022, thousands gathered under a revival tent in Colorado Springs, seeking something greater than themselves. Among them were Bri, Steve, and Mary—three skeptics facing life-or-death situations. Their experiences were so extraordinary that director Bob Maddux and producer Shane Gilbert knew their stories had to be shared with the world.

Is God real? If so, where is He?
That’s the question this film explores and provides answers to, in three very different ways.
Don’t miss this unforgettable journey.
