Warner Bros always delivers for the holidays. This year I've gotten something for me, and something for you. I'm excited to tell you about both!!
Looney Tunes Collector's Choice Vols 1-4
For me?
Every year, during the holiday season, I get the urge to watch Looney Tunes. Call it associated nostalgia, or something. Maybe it's because I'm opening ornaments to hang on the tree that used to belong to my mom and grandma. Maybe it's because the hoilday traditions remind me of when my kids were little. I'm not sure excatly, but I do know Looney Tunes was a part of my childhood and it's harder and harder to find those shows on video.
This year, however, I've gotten my hands on the Looney Tunes Collector's Choice Vols. 1-4 and I could not be happier!
For die-hard fans and adult collectors of Warner Bros.' classic animation, the four volumes of LOONEY TUNES COLLECTOR'S CHOICE are here in one superb set. Across the four discs inside, traverse through the golden era of Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies with 97 remastered cartoons, all looking better than ever on Blu-ray. All the great WB cartoon stars share the spotlight here, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote, Tweety & Sylvester, and many more. Representing the work of legendary animation geniuses including Chuck Jones, Friz Freleng, Tex Avery, Bob Clampett, and Robert McKimson, this collection features exceptional rarities as well as fan favorites. An amazing compendium from the studio that created the funniest animated cartoons in film history!
