Cat Lady Box is cool because they give you a t-shirt in your size, every single month (see the "Big Heart" photo above for this month's tee). They also give you other great items, like the beaded bracelet that has a silver heart on one side and cat paw on the other, a paw-tip ink pen, a purple tote bag with a leopard-printed cat and optional cat toys. This month I opted in and got a furry lion catnip toy (my cat likes the toys, though she could care less about cat nip), and a ribbon-on-a-stick toy (she loves chasing the ribbon).
While we're talking about the contents of the August subscription, look at the art card that was included (bottom-left). It's a cat walking...and he sees his shadow as a lion. Truer thoughts have never been drawn (the same for the tee-shirt).
I loved this box, but then again, that's what I've come to appreciate about CatLadyBox. I've never gotten one that I didn't get happy over when the contents were revealed. Cute cat-themed products that you can't find elsewhere? Yes please.
So, what's in a CatLadyBox?
- 😻 3-4 cat lady items for you
- 😻 2 cat toys for your kitties
- 😻 Free shipping to the U.S.
- 😻 Value over $70 in each box
- 😻 Your purchase = donation to cat rescues
The box is delivered each month, and you can opt for a 1-box, 3-box, or 6-box subscription. I like to get these to split up between me and my oldest granddaughter. She has 3 cats and loves them all. In fact, she loves all cats. As she gets older, she's not as easy to buy for as she was when she was a little girl , but the CatLadyBox makes gifting for her a breeze. I get the t-shirts in small and give them all to her, and then split up the other items in the box.
The cat paw pen will go on my desk at work. The students will get a kick out of it, and it matches my cat dispenser and wooden cat clips. ;)
The bracelet with the silver heart on one side, and silver paw print on the other, is super cute, and though I'd love to have it for myself, I know my baby grand will be tickled to get that, so it's going to her too.
The purple tote with the cheetah silhouette is a tough call. Teachers can always use totes, but purple is her absolute favorite color...and like I said, she loves cats. That'll go to her too. If you're a grandparent, you know it delights you to delight them, so... easy call.
It's nice that everything in the box is easy to appreciate...for me, or for her.

ReplyDeleteMy daughter should look into this, she is always buying her cat stuff. This catladybox might be a great idea for her and her little furry friend. That bracelet sounds really cute!

ReplyDeleteI think Cat Recuses are doing an amazing job. The amount of cats i see walking around me city can be overwhelming.
ReplyDeleteI like that purple tote bag.
ReplyDeleteHad no idea such a thing existed. Cute pictures and I'll have to try and remember to tell my daughter about it; as she has a cat. We used to, but not any longer. Too difficult with lots of travel. Spotted you on a mutual friends blog and thought I'd pop in to say hi. It's always fun to meet new bloggers.
ReplyDeleteSure sounds like you got a good stash out of it indeed. Many a cat see themselves as lions for sure haha

ReplyDeleteI love that they give back to cat rescue. There is an overwhelming amount of cats that need care and homes and the problem doesn't seem to be slowing any time soon. A great box supporting a very worthy cause. I love it!
