Are you looking to boost your health this year? With the help of these five ideas you’ll be off to an excellent start.

The idea is to achieve a more positive mindset and avoid thoughts that are negative or self-critical. Practicing positive affirmations every day is a great way to improve your mental health.   14. I haven't really done fitness since Covid hit. My bestie got me a 30 day membership to an upscale gym for Christmas because some of the classes there are supposed to be good for my Ulcerative Colitis. She's recommending Hot Yoga, but boy I hate yoga and doing it in a steam room doesn't sound fun. But, I'll try it anyway because it was a gift from the heart and who knows. I may end up loving it and getting health benefits from it to boot.
