Looking after your body and mind is the key to enriching your life. At times it can feel like a challenge to stay healthy, but often all you need are simple adjustments. To start adopting healthier habits today, here are a few ideas for inspiration.
1 . Connect with nature

3. Level up your fitness
Wanna get your health in tip-top shape? Fitness is certainly the best way to do it. If you’re looking to level up your fitness regime why not set a few exercise goals? Check out fitness apps, (there are plenty of tools you can use from home).
Consider joining a sports team or running club.
Try a new fitness class, whether it’s Pilates or salsa dance.
Train for a special event (for example a 5k run or a marathon).
4. Get more nutrients
To take better care of your health, be sure to get plenty of nutrients in your diet. Eat plenty of nutrient-dense foods including kale, spinach, green beans, salmon, blueberries, and garlic. ReplyDeleteI need to go back and take CPR again. I've taken the course several times over the years, but it's been a really long stretch since the last time. It never hurts to brush up on something that could save a life!
