I've been on a fragrance kick for the last couple of years. I built up a little much-loved collection, sold most of it after finding out my teen was allergic to strong perfume, and rebuilt with a softer, less bold collection (that I love just as much). I am a part of several fragrance groups with likeminded people who like to discuss and discover new scents as much as I do, and now I've found a company to partner with that offers a variety of brands, some I know and some I have yet to discover: Scent Beauty.
In my collection, prior to working with Scent Beauty, I only had one celebrity fragrance, though technically it's a body spray, Now, I can say I have two. This bottle of Lottie Moss (named after the famous British fashion model who also happens to be half-sister of super model Kate Moss) is big on Citrus and Ginger in the opening notes and pretty much stays linear for me, even past the dry down. I don't detect the woods or vetiver, but you might! Fragrances are always so different on everyone. My son says he can smell the woods in this perfume. He really likes it. He's a teen, and I think this is a great fragrance for a teen or young woman in your life. It's lighthearted and happy. It's smells like a sunny afternoon with a generous dose of ginger dashed on top.
Displaying your fragrance collection is part of this hobby's charm, and this bottle is nice. It has a clean, simplistic look that seamlessly blends into any decor. Does that mean it's generic? No, just the opposite, it means it's beautiful and neutral and can match up with the most elegant of whites, help balance out the most playful of colors, and/or anything in between. I don't always find the bottle fitting to the fragrance, but in this case I do. This looks like it smells, light and airy.
This Lottie Moss fragrance is new and if you like clean, fresh scents that are heavy on the ginger (in a good way) this one could be for you! Check it out, as well as the many other scents that Scent Beauty has to offer. Use my my code: MAIL4ROSEY to get 10% off of any order.
I am a stick in the mud when scent is concerned and tend to stick to tried and true.
ReplyDeleteToo bad Blogger still doesn't allow us to smell pictures :) Looks good, Rosey.
ReplyDeleteThat bottle is really cute! I don't do any fragrances because of my kids allergies. We do only essential oils here, so I understand having to change your scent collection.
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting flavour combination - I do like bergamot so I would like to try this!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!! I would love to get this to my life to try it, she loves new fresh fragrances.
ReplyDeleteGinger is a good, honest scent I think I'd like- the flowery perfumes don't do it for me.
ReplyDeleteBergamot has such a pleasant aroma. It is in Earl Grey tea.
ReplyDeleteLove the boxing, looks so pretty and the scent sounds awesome.
ReplyDeleteI am in love with this bottle!!
ReplyDeleteI do like a light, clean scent, but I am not sure about ginger. I'd surely give it a try though as I do like to sample different scents on my skin. The bottle sure is lovely.
