Simple Beauty Tips For Your Skin, Smile And Sight

The sun is shining, it's nice and warm outside and it's time to enjoy a night out on the town. Some countries are opening up again and our cities and parks are almost back to normal. Now is the best time to celebrate life and the joy of simple things. Go for a walk in the park, sunbathe at the beach, go to a restaurant and dine al fresco. And while you do, have the confidence to be yourself. Don’t wear a big hat to hide your face. Don’t wear sunglasses indoors and don’t be afraid to smile and laugh. Here are some simple beauty tips for you to enjoy life again and be proud of you.

Since 1851

Skincare is a hot topic when the sun is out. Recent studies have shown that the biggest threat to your skin is the sun. Smoking, alcohol and other bad habits like a reckless sleeping pattern, are lesser threats than UV light. That’s why you need to have skincare products that have been designed to not strip your natural oils from the surface of your skin. However, a lot of products do because they are alcohol-based. Kiehl’s makes skincare products that have been designed to specifically not do this. They have been operating since 1851 which makes Kiehl’s the second oldest skincare brand in the world. Try their facial fuel, or perhaps their rainforest white clay pore cleanser which is for oily skin.

A modern solution

Every smile is unique. Yet, it's one of the things about ourselves that we hate. Up to 42% of people say their smile is one of the first things they would change about themselves if they could. It's usually because their teeth are not straight. Adults in this percentage might say they would like to change their smile but they don’t want to fit metal braces. The modern solution is invisible braces which not only cut down the wearing time to 6-12 months instead of 12-18 but they can be taken off at a whim. They only need to be worn 20-22 hours a day, so you can take them off when eating and brushing. Many users wear them during sleep and take them out during the day when working. With a straighter smile, we feel more confident and we let ourselves smile and laugh without holding back.

Brighter eyes

Tired, grey eyes are never a good look. And if you are sunbathing, your skin will become dry to some degree making this even worse. To brighten your eyes, you should use whitening eye drops. They narrow the blood vessels, preventing the eyes from getting red and dry. They add moisture, which will brighten the color of your iris. When you have brighter eyes there’s more definition in your iris and hence, the little details that make your eyes beautiful can be better seen.

Whether you’re going outside to sunbathe, eat a meal with a friend at a restaurant or walk the dog in the park, you can do any of these simple beauty tips before you go. Let us know which one you tried and how it went.

  11. My friend just got invisible braces. He really likes how nobody can tell he has them on. Much better than heavy metal braces that need constant adjustments. We're over 2 years into Leah's braces and I am so freakin' over it by now!
