So, it's not often I come across coffee that is really different but with this Java House Authentic Cold Brew, I think I'm on to something (and they are too!). First off I want to say, don't let the name of it fool you, this isn't just for cold coffee. You can make it hot, or you can make it cold. But what makes the Java House Dual Use Pods different?


It's in the same kind of pods we are used to, and it's the same lid so you can use it in the Keurig to make hot coffee if you'd like. 


 What's different about it, is that it is in liquid form, not ground, so you can pour it right over ice and drink it. 


My sister likes the Sumatran hot, it's her very favorite of the 4 flavors we tried. 


I like the Colombian cold, with a little milk and sugar, over ice. It's soooooooo good!! 


All of the flavors have been carefully roasted and taste delicious (even the decaf, which is definitely good to have on hand for the holidays).


I'd never noticed them in the stores prior to trying them here. Now I see them in stores all of the time!! I picked some up today to add to my mom's Christmas stocking. It's very nice, and refreshing, to have a new way to make coffee so easily at home. I'm starting to feel more and more like my own barista. This new type of coffee is my most favoritest of all.     I only drink cold coffee, so this sounds like a brand I would like. My mom usually buys the hubby coffee for Christmas, so I'm going to have to request that she may check this one out (yes, I'm trying to sponge off of Jason's Christmas gift this year lol)

    They have a cold brew concentrate that would be amazing. Not just for coffee but the possibilities for cooking and baking are endless too. It would be nice to avoid brewing just to make a batch of coffee brownies.
