Headphones can run anywhere from $1.99 in a department store, to hundreds of dollars...so if you're in the market to buy a pair, you probably wonder why anyone would pay the latter, when the former pair works just fine. Well, the cheaper pair will work just fine, but only for a very short time (sometimes they only last a day before you have a problem). A quality purchase, like you'll find at Audio-Technica, takes away all of your headphone worries because you'll know in an instant that you're going to get high quality sound, durability, comfort and style.
They come in a sturdy box for storage. These are not the kind of headphones you want to just toss around and leave when you're done with them. They really are so nice that you'll want to take that extra effort to either store them in the box, or in the soft, supple drawstring case that was included (depending on if you are at home or traveling).
The padding on the earphones is solid (but cushy) and very comfortable to wear. They have powerful 45mm drivers and a mic with a volume/control switch built into the left earcup, making it a breeze to answer phone calls, pick your tracks, rewind, fast-forward, etc.
The battery lasts for up to 38 hours of continuous use, or up to 1,000 hours in standby mode. Makes them perfect for camp, don't you think? :) They're also great for travel, chilling, or just toodling around the yard.
We've been going through headphones like water here lately. I think that is now a thing of the past. These are the best headphones I've had in a good long while. I love them and my youngest (who uses them as much as I do) does too. You can get 'em in white or black!
These are a great summer (or back-to-school) purchase!

The Audio-Technica ATH-SR5BTWH Wireless On-Ear High Resolution Audio Headphones I have come with a 2-year warranty. That instantly gives me peace of mind.

The Bluetooth wireless technology is my favorite. No wires makes me a very happy gal. In addition to that, with these headphones, I can save up to eight devices in the memory for a quick connection in the future. You can use these headphones with anything Bluetooth compatible...tablets, smartphones, music players, etc.
These ATH-SR5BT headphones have NFC (Near Field Communication) cability too. That means adding or replacing devices is made even simpler. To use it you will touch and NFC-compatible device with Bluetooth technology to the N-Mark on the headphones to instantly be paired and connected. Cool, right?
This is what will be included witih your purchase: The box that holds the headphones so nicely. The headphones themselves, a USB charging cable, a smartphone cable with built-in mic and controls (if you don't want to/can't use Bluetooth technology or your battery is running low), and a carry bag.
These Audio-Technica Bluetooth headphones are not only good looking, they also have great sound. Here is some information on the sound quality, directly from the Audio-Technica site:
While many listeners may believe that high-resolution audio came along with the introduction of the Compact Disc in 1982, constraints on the disc’s storage space always prevented CD audio (standardized at 44.1 kHz/16-bit) from fully and completely reproducing the original recorded sound. The advent and subsequent popularity of MP3s only made this problem more pronounced – the necessary compression of these files causes audio information to be lost, thus greatly reducing the audio quality. But with lossless audio file formats, faster Internet speeds, and storage space increasingly easy to come by (and in ever-smaller packages), the push is on to create audio equipment capable of capturing and reproducing true Hi-Res Audio, generally considered to be 96 kHz/24-bit or better. The Hi-Res Audio logo certifies that a product meets the Hi-Res Audio standards. Per these standards, headphones must have transducer frequency performance to at least 40 kHz. As a producer of these types of audiophile headphones since 1972, Audio-Technica is well-positioned to provide audio solutions that meet the demands of Hi-Res Audio media formats, allowing for the full reproduction of their extended sonic characteristics.

ReplyDeleteOh these look great! Perfect for kids on road trips, I can listen to my music they can freely play their games, watch movie, etc.
ReplyDeleteI like the nicer ones. The ear buds always pop out of my ears. My ears just aren't shaped right for them.
ReplyDeleteI like headphones like this instead of the ones that just stick in your ears. They never stay in, plus I just don't feel like they are safe. I need a pair that will stay on my head while I run though...that is my issue now :P
ReplyDeleteI really like that these are blue tooth. I can't tell you how many times I've about choked myself with the cord.
