Kohl's Can-Do! Holiday Decorating for Me (and for You Too!) $50 Gift Card #Giveaway

Most everyone knows that Kohl's is a must-visit destination when it comes to shopping for holiday gifts. BUT, did you know they also have an entire section at the back of their store (well, it's at the back of the one in my location) completely dedicated to holiday decorations?!?! We're talking big time, amazing can't-find-anywhere-else kind of decorations that you're going to absolutely love!

This bedding set makes me oh, so happy! I love to decorate every single room in the house, and this beautiful holiday bed would instantly create a festive scene in the master or spare bedroom! I love that they have a little throw pillow to match the shams. But that's Kohl's for you...they're going to make sure you have everything you want or need for your holiday decorating styles, wants and needs.

For those nice little treats you want to put out for family, friends and guests, they have sweet, whimsical or fun display trays, dishes and more. I'm loving the "Warm Wishes" Snowman. He's almost too cute to cover with tasty treats. Almost... :)

In keeping with the snowman theme throughout the house, this ceramic holiday set for additional treats and discoveries is great too. You can get most any size of dish you want or like, and you can see the cute snowman cookie jar in the background too. He's definitely ready for some happy entertaining.

And pillows!! They've got pillows galore. Oh yes, I do have a thing for wonderful pillows. They have holiday pillows for everyone too. The two above would be great for a log cabin or hunting home. They'd be great anywhere actually, and they definitely have prints even the men would appreciate (no offense to those men reading who do appreciate pretty frou frou pillows). :)

The pillow above is my fave because I love the song. I can't look at it without feeling festive and happy, and I can't look at it without singing the song. ;) This one came home with us. Ironic, I know, since we're now not living somewhere cold, but it's okay, I know what I like, and I like this pillow. :)

You can find classic holiday prints on the pillows at Kohl's too, whether they're fun or leaning more towards elegant.

I had a happy decorator along with me when I went shopping. My son loves to decorate for any day, any season, but Christmas is definitely 'his thing.' His two big interests this year while we were at Kohl's, were the pinecone wreaths (we brought this one home),

and the ornaments for the tree. Kohl's has a huge variety of ornaments. These little stockings with initials were cute. I thought they'd be fun for lip balm or other cute items, then you could put them on the tree for the kids to find. You could put money in them too. I'm sure 'kids' of all ages would like that gifting idea. ;)

They had ornaments with names on them too. I really liked these because while they had names that are common, they also had a whole slew of names that are not. Hurrah to Kohl's for going out on a limb here (a tree limb... ha, that's twice I've done that today, sleighs me... I mean slays me...every time). It's fun to find your name printed on an item when you usually cannot.

I liked the old-fashioned looking tobaggan ornament. This reminds me of Christmas holidays spent up north. Sledding was one of our favorite things to do in the snow (one of few, since cold weather really wasn't my thing). ;)

I liked this old truck too. This definitely reminds me of times past and holiday festivities with the fam.

They had a lot of Christmas Trees decorated and on display too. They had fun trees, themed-trees, sports trees, etc.

They had great 'guy' themed trees up too. Kohl's definitely didn't shirk on going all out to make everyone in the family happy.

They had indoor decorations and electric candles. They had traditional candles too, but I really liked the electric ones because they are far less of a danger in the house when you have kids.

They had village pieces too, for people who like to build and add on over the years. I know several people who do this and they love it. I always admire the hard work that goes into creating the villages.

The Nativity Scenes were nice and they had selections for indoors and out. I would love to get one for outside, but I'm not sure we're doing any exterior decorating quite yet. Maybe next year. :)

This burlap decoration with a wooden candy cane really caught my eye. I like that it's classic but still has a modern twist to it (burlap is still all the rage!).

And this Santa was just rocking awesome. Of course if we had this in the house I would definitely add the kids name to the list. That would turn an already great decoration into one that was precious to the family.

I could go on (and on and on) about all of the great decorations at Kohl's, but I'll end with this... they also had a huge array of children's favorite characters in the decorations section. Olaf, Rudolph, Disney... you name it. This stand-alone pyramid was easily one of my most favorite items on display, and it was 50% off! Kohl's always has great deals like that, every day of the week!
