Blog reviews are supposed to be honest, right? So I'm going to tell the truth. I thought these little Zoonicorns were cute, but I didn't think they'd really be a big deal. And then they arrived...
When you open a box of Zoonicorns, magic really does take place. We recently received a box of four of them. The kids ran around excited, playing with their new-found friends. After having spent quite a bit of time doing that, it was time for my granddaughter to take a nap. Before her nap, she always has story time. I pulled out the new book she hadn't seen yet, that had her Zoonicorns inside. That's when the magic happened, she lit up like the little princess that she is, and her face was definitely glowing. That's magic, right?
Her mom said she's been reading the book to her every night and singing to her the little song (sometimes more than once). It is a hard cover, generously-sized book that she absolutely loves. I thought it was great too, and the pictures inside have a really cool watercolor-feel to them that is soothing, and perfect for bedtime (or any time) reading.
Zoonicorn is a privaetely held company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tagline of their company is as follows, "Enriching youth with life adventures." Their passion is to develop products that enrich consumers in meaningful ways. I like it. I like it a lot. :)
The children in my family have had endless hours of play with these little beauties. I think they are a great invention, and I definiltey recommend them to anyone looking for a matching book and stuffed animal set. These make reading more fun, and they are a nice companion to haul around the house too.

That looks so cute! That stuffed animal is the perfect size for her little hands.
ReplyDeleteI have a guy student that big and burly - he likes unicorns a lot. It cracks me up. When I asked why? He said that it started out because he could draw them for his sister.

This is so cute! I haven't heard of these but I have a 5 year old niece who I am sure would love them.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness that is so cute and I can see Bella really loving the Zoonicorn. Bella loves zebra print anything and she is a unicorn fanatic infact she loves anything to do with poney's and horses. The book and stuffy would be perfect when it comes to bedtime reading which is something we do every night.

ReplyDeleteMy 2 youngest niece would probably enjoy this a lot. I only had a boy, so it's always hard to buy girl toys and stuff since I'm a tomboy, and also use to buying for my son. lol
