With school back in full swing, and the weather turning a tiny bit chilly, it's time to update the wardrobe with some long pants and sleeves. It's a practical outfit that can be worn to school, or a fun outfit that can be worn to Fall events outside of school. It's also good for evening walks when the sun goes down. :)

The bright, cheery yellow on the lightweight, but not too lightweight Slam Dunk Graphic Tee makes me happy. It has reinforced stitching at the next and shoulders, as always, and allows my son room to move (important when you have a very active 8-yr-old).

The Loose Taper Denim Pants are stylish, just as I've come to expect from the brand. They have the deliberate wear spots and a little color fade, which keeps them trendy and modern. They also have the adjustable waistband straps on the inside of the inside of the pants that we so need and love (even with a belt my son has to use them to keep his pants up, he's a skinny dude). :) My favorite thing about FabKids jeans though, is that they stand the test of time when it comes to washing, playing, and wearing well. FabKids denim always looks good and they really do hold up nicely, wash after wash, after wash. I can't say enough good things about them.

And now FabKids is selling shoes too!! Don't you think these Colorblock Canvas Slip Ons add a nice pop of color to the overall look? I think they keep my son's style fresh and upbeat. They're durable canvas, easy to wash (yep, we've already had to wash them), and they feel good on your feet, even if you wear them all day long.
